To simplify menu planning, create a master menu from 10 to 15 family favorites. Place recipes and ingredient lists for each meal inside page protectors, and tuck them into your Household Notebook. Build weekly menus from the master menu to cut the "what's for dinner?" question down to size--and speed making the grocery list each week.
